Cardiac rhabdomyomas are the most common benign cardiac tumors in children. These tumors may cause obstruction to flow, valvular insufficiency, arrhythmias, and sudden cardiac death. This case report explores an incidental finding of multiple cardiac rhabdomyomas and obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract, detected by 2D echocardiography.
