Iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm of the dorsalis pedis artery is an extremely rare complication of ankle arthroscopy. This case is of a 26-year-old female who developed a pseudoaneurysm after ankle arthroscopy. This case study follows her through diagnosis, surgical repair, and postoperative follow-up.
