Abstract

After publication, the authors contacted the Journal with a request to update their article after identifying errors.
The authors noted the following concerns with the figures in the article:
A) Figure 1C had a misalignment error during data preparation in GraphPad Prism
B) Figure 1B had a misalignment error during data preparation in GraphPad Prism
C) Figure 3C had misclassified patient statuses affecting survival calculations.
While the authors initially proposed a corrigendum to address these issues, subsequent reviews and author communications revealed inconsistencies in the explanations and concerns identified.
Following review by the Editor and due to the unresolved concerns about image and data integrity that call into question the validity of the findings, this article has been retracted.
Authors did not agree with the retraction.
