Abstract
The “vaccine hesitancy” is an emerging risk that is demanding a response that emphasises the consensual participation and the transparency within the decision-making process from the public authorities. It would be convenient the creation of an Advisory Committee of Vaccines at national level with representatives of all interested parties, the regulation of the lobbies and groups of interest in Spain and a more strict control of the quality of public health information.
