Abstract
The supply chain management philosophy has often been used by organizations to achieve a competitive advantage, but this has led to increased vulnerability of these supply chains (SC) to certain risks. This paper proposes a supply chain risk evaluation model based on the analysis of existing risk evaluation systems. This paper accomplishes the following goals. First, it integrates key indicators to compensate for the shortcomings of traditional risk indices. Second, the proposed model also measures the risk of a company’s supply chain effectively. We propose a subjective group preference weight allocation algorithm for a comprehensive evaluation. The simulation experiment shows that the proposed model can measure quantitative and qualitative indices in the supply chain effectively.
