Abstract
The penetration of microcomputers into the organization is a given fact today. The purpose of this paper is to present questions and issues pertaining to the use of microcomputers that the organization should address. The issues are presented using the information systems development life cycle as a base for discussion.
A methodology for dealing with these issues and questions is presented. The establishment of an Information Center as a solution for a judicious use of microcomputers is also discussed.
