Abstract

Control Cerenkov luminescence imaging (CLIs) of mice 1 to 8 at 144 hours postinjection covered with optically dense black paper. This image confirms that the CLI signal observed is not due to the interference of γ-rays with the charge-coupled device detector.
Optical ROI Data from CLI of 89Zr-DFO-Trastumab Uptake in Mice 1 to 8 Bearing BT-474, MDA-MB-468, BT-474 Block, and MDA-MB-468 Block Tumors
CLI = Cerenkov luminescence imaging; mAb = monoclonal antibody; ROI = region of interest.
PET VOI Data of 89Zr-DFO-Trastumab Uptake in Mice (1–8) Bearing BT-474, MDA-MB-468, BT-474 Block, and MDA-MB-468 Block Tumors
%ID/g = percent injected dose per gram; mAb = monoclonal antibody; PET = positron emission tomography; VOI = volume of interest.
t-Test Analysis of the Statistical Significance between Radiotracer Uptake in Four Tumor Types (BT-474, MDA-MB-468, BT-474 Block, and MDA-MB-468 Block) as Measured by CLI Using Maximum and Average Radiance*
CLI = Cerenkov luminescence imaging.
Values of p < .05 are highlighted in boldface.
