This is a case report of the sonographic find-ing of retrocalcaneal bursitis seen in a patient with psoriatic arthritis. This is a common con-dition, but it is rarely diagnosed using sonog-raphy. This case report is unique because of its use of a new scanning technique that en-ables better demonstration of the entire Achil-les tendon and the bursae surrounding it.
