Abstract
Reports of the prenatal detection of fetalneuroblastoma have increased over the pastseveral years. Sonography has played a significantrole in the early detection of these masses andhas helped in preparing for the postnatalmanagement of these neonates. In fact, earlysonographic detection of adrenal neuroblastoma, inconjunction with early postnatal surgicalintervention, has helped improve the prognosis ofinfants born with these suprarenal masses.Reported here is a case of fetal adrenalneuroblastoma diagnosed prenatally withconventional gray-scale and color Doppler imaging.
