Executive education in India has seen tremendous change in the past decade as companies have started making serious investments to keep the leadership relevant and make them fit for foreseeable future.
The whole premise of executive education focusing on senior leadership development stems from the requirement of developing future capabilities such that they are aligned to the individual’s career goals and to the strategic focus of the organisation. The above two aspects coming together is the success mantra of a highly effective executive education.
