Presentiamo un caso di Sarcoma di Ewing a localizzazione extraossea nelle logge paravertebrali a livello lombare, con estensione allo spazio epidurale attraverso i forami ed interessamento delle strutture nervose.
Vengono discussi alcuni aspetti di diagnostica differenziale.
