Abstract
This article assessed the 32 qualified online pharmacies in China, and introduced the business model of 25 online pharmacies which are starting online business, mainly including the scope of business, payment method, and customer service measure. This article also analyzed the current laws and regulations of online pharmacies in China, including provisions on obtaining qualifications, issuing information transaction limits, and legal liabilities. Lastly, this article discussed the online pharmacies in China issuing information, consultation, operating activities, distribution, and after-sales service. This article also provides forecasts and insight into legislative trends of the management of online pharmacies in China.
