Vascular technologists can play a comprehensive role in the management of complex chronic limb-threatening ischemia diabetic patients. This includes preoperative planning, intraoperative real-time guidance of therapy, and postoperative surveillance. This case will demonstrate the importance of dedicated vascular ultrasound technology.
