Abstract
When it is necessary to start the first evaluation of the presence of upper limb risk factors in a company, it is useful to adopt a simple method to value quickly their levels.
For this purpose, our research team proposes a new model of check list (set with OCRA Index) to evaluate the exposure to repetitive movements of the upper limbs.
This check list includes the evaluation of all the risk factors (frequency, force, posture, recovery periods and other additional risk factors): for each risk level, a fixed score is predeterminated.
At the end of the task observation, it is possible to obtain a risk index, summing the partial scores of each risk.
