Abstract
In this paper, dynamic modeling and vibration reduction of a Z-type energy harvester are studied. Firstly, a new energy harvester is designed, which can be placed under the soles of people's shoes. Two V-type energy harvesters are combined into one Z-type energy harvester. The mechanical model of the V-type energy harvester is established to analyse the natural frequency. Secondly, the finite element model of V-type and Z-type energy harvesters are established to calculate natural frequencies and modes, and the positions of the maximum displacement, stress, strain are pointed out to paste piezoelectric materials as power generation device. Finally, after placing lattice material at the bottom, a vibration reduction analysis was conducted. The vibration displacement rapidly decays within 0.5 s. The results show that the modeling method and analysis are valuable.
