Abstract
This study identified university residence hall foodservice managers' percep tions of training frequency, the degree of their learning interest on selected topics, and their demographic characteristics using a self-developed research instrument. Significant differences were found between perceptions of training frequency and learning interests on all topics, as well as between selected demographic character istics on perceptions of training frequency and learning interests. Implications for foodservice directors and hospitality educators are identified.
