Abstract
The purpose of this research was to obtain feedback from employees and management personnel in the fast food industry and: (1) identify benefits most and least desired; (2) identify stress factors perceived on the job and in personal activities; (3) compare variables of the various groups based on demography to determine which similarities and differences existed; and (4) make recommendations based on outcome of data.
