Abstract
Working with a home health provider organization in the twenty-first century will require creativity and vision to insure the viability of the organization. The structure of the organization and its external organizational relationships will still need to satisfy government regulations. Successful providers will effectively incorporate transformational leadership into the work of both the staff and the board. Staff members will be challenged by increased opportunities to be innovative and to use new technologies for delivering care to clients and for communicating information.
