Tender erythematous swelling on the front of legs, erythema nodosum, is a common symptom that result in patient seeking medical attention. It has multiple aetiologies. Tuberculosis is a recognised cause. In here, we describe a case of erythema nodosum as the presenting complaint of undiagnosed asymptomatic pulmonary tuberculosis.
