RETRACTED: Nephroprotective effect of wogonin against cadmium-induced nephrotoxicity via inhibition of oxidative stress–induced MAPK and NF-kB pathway in Sprague Dawley rats

The journal editors were contacted by the authors of this article, requesting it to be retracted. They state that after repeating the experiments in this article’s study, they believe they need to further refine and check the data. Upon conducting an internal investigation into the article’s submission history, Sage Publishing became aware that this article was compromised and contains indicators of third-party involvement.

When we attempted contacting the authors for further explanation on both of these matters, we did not receive a response.

This article has been retracted due to the concerns raised during our investigation which call into question the validity and integrity of the findings.

The authors did not respond when notified of this retraction.
