Abstract
Polyaniline (PANI) microbelts were synthesized via cotton template. The PANI microbelts were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the morphology and electrical conductivity of such microbelts were evaluated by means of scanning electron microscope and four-probe conductivity. A possible mechanism for the formation of the PANI microbelts had been proposed. The conductivity was measured, and the conductivity variation mechanism of the PANI microbelts with the aniline monomer concentrations was analyzed in this article.
