Abstract
Studies on global health communication have expanded to encompass scenarios that emerged as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examined how strategically planned communication improves tribe health. Data were collected from the target population using a quasi-experimental method. The compilation of video clips and implementation of an intervention were undertaken to carry out the experiment. COVID-19 awareness was the domain in which the video intervention has the potential to bring about changes in the current state of affairs. Except for cultural factors, the intervention was effective in communicating health information to the Indigenous population.
