Abstract
CEC members have long recognized the importance of working for effective legislation in behalf of children. While much of our legal concern relates to the education of exceptional children, the CEC, through its legislative committee, cooperates with the NEA and other agencies in its support of legal provisions which affect all children. Readers wishing further information on this Act should write directly to the U. S. Office of Education.
