Transfection of TCR α/β Genes in T Cell Hybridoma Induces Expression of CD5 Molecules and Increases Allogenic Proliferative and Cytotoxic Response

Abstract

In the present work, we have studied the activity in vitro of T cell hybridoma (DOl1107) in which the α/ß TCR genes of a cytotoxic T cell clone (KB5C20) were transfected.

All clones transfected expressed CD5 molecule and have an important proliferative and cytotoxic allogenic activity.
