Abstract
We present the rare case of a sensitization to olive oil in a 55-year-old woman with a long history of venous leg ulcers and many cosensitizations. A cross-reaction to other vegetable oils (castor oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, linseed oil) could not be detected.
