Abstract
The following is a summary of the proceedings from a National Symposium, jointly sponsored by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and the American Academy of Dermatology, which was held on September 14, 1988, in Washington, DC. The Symposium was attended by leading experts in occupational health and discussed strategies for implementing various recommendations laid forth in the preceding NIOSH National Strategy document.
