Abstract
Part 1 of this government document reviews the background and important clinical aspects of occupational skin conditions in the United States. Part 2, which discusses important aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of a cohesive national strategy for prevention of these disorders and presents recommendations to the national public health community, is a continuation of this document and will appear in the June 1990 issue of this journal.
