Unsolicited manuscripts submitted to Therapeutic Advances in Endocrinology and Metabolism (TAEM) are subject to an article processing charge (APC). The APC for this journal is currently $3,000 USD payable on acceptance. The APC serves to support the journal and ensures that articles are freely accessible online in perpetuity under a Creative Commons licence.
