Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Science

The Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Science (JAPS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal published by Sage on behalf of the Society for Applied Research in Drug Discovery (SARDD). Established in 2011, the journal is published monthly and serves as a prominent platform for disseminating significant advances in the applied and translational aspects of pharmaceutical and allied sciences.

All the articles published in JAPS are distributed under a Creative Commons license. The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright of their work. That means the authors do not need to transfer the copyright of their work to the journal. However, the authors grant JAPS a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.

This journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Digital preservation & permanent archiving

All the contents published in this journal are archived in Portico (an E-Journal Preservation Service), which provides permanent digital archiving for scholarly journals.

Article Processing Charge (APC) information: The authors are required to pay 18000/- INR (Indian Authors) or USD 450 (foreign authors) for APCs upon acceptance of the manuscript. APCs apply only to the accepted articles. These charges are calculated for a standard-length article with 20 pages in MS Word (1-inch margin on each side and two-line space), including tables and figures. Additional page charges of 800 INR per page (Indian authors) or 20 USD per page (foreign authors) will be applicable for the articles beyond this limit.
