Bilateral single system ureteral ectopia (BSSEU) is an uncommon entity. Ureteric calculi in BSSEU are never reported so far. We herein report a case of BSSEU with left lower urtereic calculi managed by bilateral ureteric tapering and reimplantation with stone removal.
