Abstract
The Green Quality Function Deployment method is an integrated design method. This study creates the Green Quality Function Deployment method, uses the Green Quality Function Deployment method in a 187-subject business management case study, and presents the Green Quality Function Deployment method case study results This study shows that the Green Quality Function Deployment method is a design method, shows that the Green Quality Function Deployment method can be used for business management, and shows therefore that design methods can be used for business management.
