Abstract
Since 2003 teachings are accomplished in accordance with condition of the new study order (Approbationsordnung) at the medical faculty of the University of Leipzig. The teaching concept was compiled under participation of the department of medical psychology and medical sociology. As a result there is a psychosocial emphasis in the basic study in the curriculum. In the following the framework and the didactical concept are represented. The teaching in winter term 2004/2005 and summer term 2004 was evaluated and the results are reported related to the training concept.
