Abstract
Good communication can be the most effective therapeutic and marketing tool used within an industrial rehabilitation program. Effective communication among professionals is a key way to establish and maintain an atmosphere of professional cohesiveness (Osborne and Courts, 1991). The benefits of good communication are numerous.
