Abstract

This article explores the anticipated impact of the 1992 Amendments to the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans' with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Individuals' with Disability Education Act (IDEA) on the service delivery system for a deaf-blind population that appears to be growing and changing. The impact of these laws and suggestions for service delivery systems are presented.
