Abstract
This paper develops a conceptual framework of employee's training approach under overall marketing strategic concept. The contributions of this article are to introduce a simple conceptual framework called strategic training of marketing concept model (STMCM). STMCM can help human resource (HR) manager assess the employee's training under marketing concept as HR play an internal marketing department role. Recommendations are offered regarding the relevance of this research for HR managements and suggestions are provided for future research in this area.
