Summary

The antifibromatogenic and antihysterotrophic activities of 19-nor-testo-sterone phenylpropionate and 19-nor-methyl-testosterone are 6 to 10 times greater than those of testosterone propionate and methyl-testosterone respectively. The activity of testosterone is decreased by Δ¹. No activity is obtained even with very considerable quantities of Δ¹-testosterone or Δ¹-androstenedione.
