Summary
1. A method for the use of Euglena gracilis var. bacillaris as a bioautograph organism for the paper chromatographic study of vit. B12 and related growth factors has been described. 2. Evidence has been presented to indicate the value of comparative bioautographs, using E. gracilis and Lactobacillus leichmannii 313, in the study of these growth factors.
