Abstract
Summary and Conclusions
The agglutination test, using standardized, type specific, heated and phenolized antigens, prepared from stock culture strains, representative of the prevalent types of meningococci, offers a simple method for the demonstration of agglutinins in the serums of individuals suffering from meningococcic infection. The test may be useful as an additional diagnostic procedure in cases where other laboratory confirmation is lacking.
