Abstract
Summary
The subcutaneous injection of 6,000 to 10,000 r.u. of α-estradiol benzoate, 4 to 6 times weekly, for 26 weeks, produced an azoospermia in a 72-year-old man. The duration of treatment, the daily dosage, and the variation in the spermatozoa counts are presented in the graph.
