Summary
The intracellular concentration of fluoride in HeLa cells and L cells incubated in 10 or 50 ppm F was determined. For both cell types, the distribution ratio Fin/Fout ranged from 0.3 to 0.4 and was not greatly influenced by the length of incubation or medium fluoride concentration.
