Abstract
Summary
Dogs with experimental myocardial infarction due to coronary artery ligation, when studied 3-4 days following infarction, displayed reduction in plasma clearance of indocyanine green. This was not fully explained by the mild hemodynamic abnormalities present at the time of study, but may be related to more severe cardiac impairment in the immediate postinfarction period.
