Summary
A method has been devised for the preparation of immunochemical grade LH and highly purified FSH from small amounts of acetone-dried rat pituitary glands. The procedure, which employs techniques amenable to scaled-up operations, should prove useful when larger amounts of rat pituitaries become available.
