Summary
Relapses and exacerbations were induced in the course of allergic encephalo-myelitis (EAE) by injection of pertussis vaccine without repeating the primary immunization against neural antigen. Lesions of the relapse differed from those of the primary attack in histologic character and could be identified microscopically.
