Summary

The hemagglutinating property of H-l virus is stable from pH 2 to pH 11 at 4°, 25°, and 37°C. With increasing temperature, loss of titer gradually occurs, particularly at the extremes of the pH ranges. Hemagglutinating activity is still detectable after treatment at 80°C at pH 5 and pH 6.
