Summary
Comparison between BVD virus and HC virus in rabbits showed no cross neutralization. Inoculation of either virus followed by the other produced antibody quickly (secondary response) to both. In addition to other shared characteristics, induction of primary response is considered additional proof of heterotypic relationship.
