In Hyllegard, et al.'s recent study (2003) on the importance of training and talent in athletic achievement, athletes rated only two factors for relevance. This description of relevant factors is too limited, as is indicated in studies with Dutch coaches and athletes. Athletic achievement is determined by more factors than just talent and training.
