Who is President of the United States?

Abstract

Of 191 patients referred for memory evaluation and asked to name the current and past presidents of the United States, 5% failed to identify the president and 37% were unable to name the previous office holder. Significant cognitive and adaptive deficits were associated with failure on either item.
