For 38 black adolescents, psychiatric inpatients between the ages of 11.8 and 15.9 yr., the correlation for the scores on the Point Scale and the Quality Scale of the Goodenough Draw-A-Person was .76, indicating Harris' norms for the Quality Scale provide a fairly adequate screening estimate of intelligence.
