The Bender and Beery tests were administered to 98 Indian and 101 non-Indian children from ages 6 through 8 yr. Similar correlations of —.51 and —.58 were obtained between the two tests for the two groups, respectively. Although the Indian children tended to make more errors on both tests, the differences were nonsignificant.
