A total of 215 subjects completed the TAT as part of a psychological evaluation or as volunteers. The gender of the figure on Card 3 BM was noted for our study. Our data show that the figure is in most cases seen as a female. This holds true regardless of the sex of the examiner and the sex of the subject.
